During this presentation I will discuss various projects I am conducting in order to uncover more about the non-Symbiodiniaceae microeukaryotes of coral holobionts from all across the globe. I will discuss metabarcoding results as well as some exciting preliminary results we have for single-cell RNA sequencing of coral holobionts.
